3.3: Synthesize Literature on Effective Online Teaching Methods

3.3 Students will analyze and present current research literature and practitioner-focused literature related to effective online teaching methods.

During the Spring of 2016, I completed EDU-654 – Methods for Online Teaching and Learning. During the semester, we were tasked with created a couple of mini literature review blogs on several different topics in online teaching. The assignments included Synchronous Methods, Asynchronous Methods, and Instructor Feedback. Here is a sample of that work.

This assignment, along with the other mini literature reviews, allowed me to understand different approaches in online teaching and to understand the steps I need to take in order to ensure a positive experience for my online students.
